Sandestin®: Outside Rentals Not Permitted
Sandestin® is a gated resort community with its own golf cart rules. To stay compliant:
No outside golf cart rentals. Guests may not bring in carts from third-party vendors.
Rentals must be arranged through Sandestin® Resort directly.
Applies to the following Epiqhost properties inside Sandestin®: Baydreamin, BaysideBreeze, BaytowneBreeze, BayviewBliss, BellaVida, CasaBonita, CostaLuna, CostaVista, KonaKai, Lagunamar, PlayaBella, SeaglassCove, VillaLargo, VillaParadiso, and VillaSolare.
Beachside Villas: Approved Vendors Only
Outside rental companies are not permitted at these properties. Guests must book through one of two approved vendors:
Bigfish Bike Rentals — bikes
Redfish LSV & Bike Rentals — LSVs and bikes

The Preserve: Outside Rentals Not Permitted
To keep things running smoothly inside The Preserve, golf carts can't be rented from outside vendors or brought in from off-property.

The Village at Blue Mountain Beach
Cart parking spaces at PlayaMonte are limited and not guaranteed. Confirm availability with the Village Association before booking a cart rental.
7-day rental periods starting Sat or Sun
$50 per 7-day period, up to 60 days ahead
Cart tag by 3 PM Monday or cart may be towed.
Everywhere else? You're free to rent however you like.
Village at Blue Mountain Beach — Full Parking Details
Who needs a reserved space? Guests in a cottage (freestanding house) can park in the driveway — no reservation needed. Guests in a condominium must reserve a paid space behind the pool.
Space rental periods and fees: Spaces are rented in 7-day periods only, starting on a Saturday or Sunday. Access runs from 1:00 PM on the start day through 11:00 AM the following Saturday or Sunday. The fee is $50 per 7-day period. Stays longer than 7 days require two rental periods.
How to reserve: Call the Village Association Representative by 1:00 PM on the Wednesday before your arrival. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. The cart rental company will deliver to your assigned slot on the start day — early delivery is not available.
Tags and regulations: Your cart tag must be displayed by 3:00 PM on Monday or the cart may be towed. Only licensed drivers may operate golf carts. Observe the 16 mph speed limit. No driving on lawns, sidewalks, or joy riding on Village Blvd.
