Epiqhost House Rules

Pets allowed with advance express written permission and paid pet fee. A $500 Pet Fee will be immediately assessed to the credit card on file if an unauthorized pet is brought into the property.

Violation results in a $1,000 smoke removal fee.

Our properties are in residential neighborhoods. Gatherings beyond your registered guest count, amplified music, or event-style use are not permitted and may result in immediate removal without refund.

Out of respect for neighbors and the community.

Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

Additional charges will be applied to the card on file.

Guests are responsible for replacing them.

Community lakes are for scenic enjoyment only. They are not maintained for swimming and may contain wildlife or hazards. Please use the property pool or nearby beaches instead.

All pets must be approved in writing by Epiqhost before arrival. A pet fee applies and will be communicated at the time of booking.

We can accommodate a single dog under 60 pounds. Multiple pets, larger dogs, and other species are not permitted.

Your dog must be healthy and current on rabies and DHPP vaccines (every 3 years). Proof may be requested.

Your dog must be flea and tick free and on a current prevention treatment.

Dogs must be on a leash whenever they are outside the home, including on the property.

If you leave the property without your dog, they must be in their crate. Please bring your own crate and dog bed.

Dogs are not permitted on beds. Violations may result in extra cleaning or linen replacement fees.

Please pick up and properly dispose of all waste in outdoor areas. Use designated areas for your dog to relieve itself.

Wipe paws and rinse off sand or dirt before your dog re-enters the home.

You accept full responsibility for any injury or property damage caused by your dog. Repairs, additional cleaning, and flea treatment will be billed to the card on file.

By using the LSV, you accept complete responsibility for its operation and any damages that occur during your stay.

No exceptions. Anyone operating the LSV must hold a current driver's license.

Do not exceed the number of available seatbelts, regardless of vehicle capacity.

All passengers under 18 must wear a seatbelt. Children 5 and under require a car seat or booster.

LSVs may only be driven on roads with posted speed limits of 35 MPH or less.

Off-road or unpaved use is not permitted at any time.

Operate the LSV with the same care as any other vehicle. Impaired or distracted driving is strictly prohibited.

LSVs are top-heavy and can tip. Reduce speed on curves and bumps.

Max range is 20 miles per charge. We recommend not exceeding 15 miles or letting the battery drop below 10%.

Plug the LSV in each night if it's below 25%, and always before you leave.

Call Epiqhost immediately at (850) 909-9191. Pushing the cart can cause additional damage.

Any damage from guest use will be charged to the card on file.
