What amenities are included?
Every Epiqhost rental comes with a fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, beach chairs, towels, and beach gear. Many properties also include private pools, outdoor grills, and golf cart access.
Do you offer long-term or snowbird rentals?
Yes! From November through January, most of our properties offer deeply discounted snowbird rates: 60–70% off published nightly prices for stays of 30 days or more. Contact us to customize your winter escape.
